Flank steak and great steak typically not used in the same sentence.  Well, not anymore. Brant Lake Wagyu Flank Steak is in a league all of its own. Traditionally, flank steak has been viewed as a lesser cut of meat that you need to marinate and cook low and slow. You can still do it that way, but as we mentioned, Brant Lake Wagyu is a cut above and you won’t believe how tender, juicy and versatile this steak is.

Flank steak comes from the underbelly of the cow and it sits between the “grilling steaks” and the “marinating cuts”. That’s why there are a couple of options on how to cook flank steak. You can go low and slow or you can grill it for 20 minutes or less. Either way, take it from us meatheads, it just doesn’t get any better.
