Chophouse Prime Tenderloin Steaks


When the word tender is in the name, it’s pretty easy to figure out what’s so amazing about these steaks. We’re not suggesting cattle are lazy, but these steaks are cut from a muscle that does very little work, meltingly tender with a mild beefy flavour, you can cut them with a butter knife. These are perfect date night steaks. We can’t promise anything, but if it’s a first date, our Chophouse Prime tenderloins will probably land you a second date.



A note about weight vs. thickness

Please note that we cut our steaks to specific portion weights, not thickness. Naturally, the smaller the steak size the thinner the steak, the larger the steak size the thicker the steak, so if you desire a thicker steak, select a larger steak size.  Approximate thickness of our steaks: Striploin and Ribeyes – 10 oz. – ¾“, 12oz – 1”, 14oz – 1 ½”, 16oz – 1.5” and so on….
